植物病程相关蛋白PR-10的研究进展

摘　要：

PR-10蛋白是植物在受到各种生物和非生物胁迫后产生的一类病程相关蛋白, 在植物生长发育阶段和应激外界逆境环境时发挥重要作用。本文通过对近年来PR-10研究结果进行概括及总结, 对PR-10蛋白家族的序列和结构特征、系统发生、表达调控及生物学功能进行了综述, 并提出了PR-10蛋白研究中存在的问题及对未来研究的展望。

Abstract:

PR-10, a pathogensis-related protein induced by various biotic and abiotic stress, plays important roles in plant growth, development and response to environment stresses. The article summarized recent research progresses in terms of protein sequence of PR-10 family, structure characteristics, phylogenesis, expression regulation and biological function. We also proposed some issueses and prospectives in PR10 research.
